Terms, Tax and Returns
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Qualified accounts can get net 30 days with approved application. Receive your credit card reward points (if applicable) by using your personal credit card.
We are only responsible for charging Ohio sales tax on sales, shipping within
Ohio (unless a tax exempt certificate is provided) and items purchased as applicable.
All items are sold F.O.B Dayton, Ohio. Unless specified, we reserve the right to ship the best way.
To return an item, call 1-866-840-9027 to receive a Return Authorization number. Merchandise returned after 30 days will be charged 15% restocking fee. Merchandise is not returnable after 60 days. Special orders are not refundable. Special orders cannot be canceled once they are in the manufacturing process.
